DETAILS

  • Organic Chicken Thigh: seasoned with turmeric, @frontiercoop organic curry powder, onion powder, garlic powder, and pepper - cooked in @chosenfoods avocado oil on a pan 4-5 mins each side.

  • Roasted Curry Cauliflower: preheat oven to 450. Coat cauliflower florets in avocado oil, black pepper, garlic powder, curry powder and turmeric. Cook 20 minutes, flipping halfway through.

  • Sauteed bella mushrooms and zucchini with garlic

  • @farmhouse culture sauerkraut (for probiotics), sliced avo with red chili flakes, organic baby spinach and fresh lemon.
