Let me start off by saying, let’s take a deep breath together. If you’re here, you’re likely experiencing some negative feelings about your body, your eating habits, or maybe just your overall energy.

I completely understand… and am here with you. I’m proud of you.

It’s a weird world we live in with lots of confusing information on health, fitness and nutrition. It’s hard to know what to do.

The Good News?
You’ve come to the

right place.

You see, although I’ve worked in the fitness/nutrition space since 2017, I’ve had plenty of struggles with weight gain, yo-yo diets, horrible body image, anxiety, using food as a stress coping mechanism… you name it.

I gained 30 lbs. in 2020, the first few months after moving to Newport Beach (you know, the place where all the hot skinny girls are). My genetically thin days had come and gone, and no matter how much I worked out… I didn’t recognize my body.

This destroyed my self-identity I grew up with, and my anxiety about my body skyrocketed to the moon.

And how did I soothe that anxiety? Typically a double-double animal style and 1/2 a bottle of wine.

I tried a bunch of everything… Food sensitivity tests. Sober months. HIIT classes everyday (horrible idea, btw)... I even did a 3-month intense 1200-calorie deprivation diet that left me feeling hormonal and psychotic… but HEY! I lost 20 lbs!

AND YOU KNOW WHAT HAPPENED AFTER THAT DIET?

YOU GUESSED IT, I GAINED IT ALL BACK.

So I learned. I became a Nutrition Coach to not only teach myself, but now to teach you.

I sought out the information myself. I studied my butt off to become a nutrition coach to not only help myself, but now help you.
