You see, although I’ve worked in the fitness/nutrition space since 2017, I’ve had plenty of struggles with weight gain, yo-yo diets, horrible body image, anxiety and stress eating (my personal favorite).

I gained 30 lbs. the first few months after the pandemic and moving to California.This destroyed my self-identity, and anxiety about my body skyrocketed to the moon.

And how did I soothe that anxiety? Typically a double-double animal style and 1/2 a bottle of wine. Okay, I lied, usually the whole bottle… It was the pandemic and this is an authentic, judment-free zone.

I felt like I tried everything. And I was never happy doing it.

Food sensitivity tests. Detoxes. Sober months. HIIT classes everyday (horrible idea, btw)...

I even did a super intense 1200-calorie diet…

And HEY! I lost 20 lbs! As well as my period, and my mind!

AND YOU KNOW WHAT HAPPENED AFTER THAT DIET?

YOU GUESSED IT, I GAINED IT ALL BACK.

So I stopped scrambling for the next quick fix, and became a Nutrition Coach… to not only help myself, but now you too.

I sought out the information myself. I mastered two nutrition certifications (PN1 and IIN) to my to not only help myself, but now help you.

So instead of jumping on the next yo-yo diet, giving up carbs, listening to that genetically-skinny influencer preaching on TikTok with absolutely 0 credentials…
