10 Minute Lunch: Tuna Salad Toasts

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 can @wildplanetfoods no salt added sustainable tuna (available at @wholefoods and @target)

  • 1 Tbs @chosenfoods avocado oil mayo (or sub regular mayo, or olive oil mayo)

  • Fresh lemon juice

  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

  • 1/2 tsp onion powder

  • 1/2 tsp dill weed

  • Fresh black pepper

  • Optional: Crushed red chili flakes for spice

  • Healthy bread of choice

DIRECTIONS

  1. Strain excess liquid from tuna can

  2. Add all ingredients to bowl and mix together thoroughly

  3. Toast bread to desired amount, then top with tuna salad mixture

  4. Add avocado or veggies on the side for a full meal!
