Light & Tasty Italian Parmesan Hemp Salmon

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 pieces of salmon

  • 1 lemon

  • Organic Italian seasoning

  • Black pepper

  • Garlic powder

  • Crushed Chili Flakes

  • Optional: Pesto

  • Organic finely grated parmesan

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 400

  2. Cover baking sheet with parchment paper or foil and place salmon on top

  3. Squeeze a generous amount of lemon juice on top of the fish.

  4. Cover evenly with Italian seasoning, black pepper, garlic powder and red chili flakes. You can add some pesto as well, if you’d like! Do not add Parmesan yet.

  5. Add lemon slice for additional citrus flavor.

  6. Bake for 10 mins, pull out of oven, lightly top with grated Parmesan (1 tsp), bake additional 10 mins then serve with pasta or veggies!
