Sweet Potato Sliders? Yes Please.

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Select 2 large sweet potatoes (the larger the circumference, the better!)

  2. Peel the potatoes and slice into "buns"

  3. Place on a baking sheet and spray with avocado oil (i love @chosenfoods) and season with Himalayan pink salt and pepper.

  4. Broil on high for 10 minutes (2nd rack, not too close)

  5. Serve with burger and toppings!
