Lemon Garlic Shrimp
INGREDIENTS
6 shrimp, peeled and rinsed
2 tbs butter (I love Vital Farms grassfed butter or Miyoko’s vegan butter - tastes amazing!)
1 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper
Crushed chili flakes
DIRECTIONS
Heat 1 tbs butter over medium heat in skillet.
Add shrimp, salt, pepper and Italian seasoning. Cook 2-3 mins each side until pink, then set aside.
Heat 1 Tbs butter over medium-high heat in skillet. Add 1 tsp minced garlic and cook for 1 min. until fragrant.
Turn off heat and add shrimp back in, covering with garlic butter.
Squeeze fresh lemon and chili flakes on top and serve.
