Lemon Garlic Shrimp

INGREDIENTS

  • 6 shrimp, peeled and rinsed

  • 2 tbs butter (I love Vital Farms grassfed butter or Miyoko’s vegan butter - tastes amazing!)

  • 1 tsp minced garlic

  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

  • Salt and pepper

  • Crushed chili flakes

DIRECTIONS

  1. Heat 1 tbs butter over medium heat in skillet.

  2. Add shrimp, salt, pepper and Italian seasoning. Cook 2-3 mins each side until pink, then set aside.

  3. Heat 1 Tbs butter over medium-high heat in skillet. Add 1 tsp minced garlic and cook for 1 min. until fragrant.

  4. Turn off heat and add shrimp back in, covering with garlic butter.

  5. Squeeze fresh lemon and chili flakes on top and serve.
