Gluten-Free Everything but the Bagel Chicken Fingers with Greek Yogurt Ranch

INGREDIENTS

Organic chicken tenders
1 egg (I used @vitalfarms)
1 cup almond flour (I used @bobsredmill)
1/2 Tbs onion powder
1/2 Tbs garlic powder
2 Tbs EBTB seasoning
1 tsp italian seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 425

  2. Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl. Whisk egg in a separate bowl.

  3. Line baking sheet with parchment paper and spray lightly with oil.

  4. Dip chicken tender in whisked egg, then into dry batter mixture. Cover well. Repeat for each tender and set onto baking sheet. Top with extra EBTB seasoning if you want!

  5. Bake 10 mins one side. Flip, 10 mins on the other. Enjoy!

GREEK YOGURT RANCH

1/2C Greek Yogurt, 1.5 Tbs lemon juice, and even amounts of garlic powder, onion powder, dried parsley, salt and dill or chives. Mix all together.
