Craving In-n-Out like Me? Try these Grass Fed Beef Burgers

INGREDIENTS

1 lb grass fed beef (I got mine at @traderjoes)
1/3 cup bread crumbs
1 egg 
1/2 tbs garlic powder 
1/2 tbs onion powder 
Optional: 1 tsp red chili powder for spice, or 1 tsp steak seasoning of choice
Himalayan pink salt & black pepper 

DIRECTIONS


1. Combine all burger ingredients into mixing bowl and knead well.
2. Mold meat into balls and flatten into patties (make the patties thin, they thicken in the center once you cook them)
3. Put a frying pan or grill pan on high over the stove. Spray with avocado or olive oil once hot.
4. Fry burgers on one side for 2-3 mins. Flip, cover top with cheese if using and cover to melt. Cook 2 mins. 
5. Serve with sweet potato fries, arugula, avocado and @sprouts low sodium low sugar ketchup!
