Chile Lime Salmon Bowls

This is my favorite recipe that went viral on both TikTok and Instagram! The salmon uses minimal seasoning, and is cooked in the airfryer (but you can still do the oven!). Plus, my spicy mango pomegranate cucumber salsa is literally the most exquisite topping ever.

Salmon:

  • 1-2 pieces of salmon

  • Chili Lime Seasoning from Trader Joes or Tajin

  • Garlic Powder

  • Avocado Oil

Rice:

  • Jasmine Rice

Salsa:


Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 if not using air fryer.

  2. Cut salmon into cubes.

  3. Lightly drizzle avocado oil or spray it

  4. Cover in desired amount of garlic powder and chili lime seasoning.

  5. Airfry or bake at 400 for 10 mins.

Rice:

  • Cook Rice of choice per bag’s instruction.
